If this sounds like you

It feels like your trauma is lodged deep within your body.

  • You've been trying to break free of your memories and your thoughts, and nothing has worked.
  • It's hard to breathe, focus, or connect with yourself and others.
  • You feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from who you used to be.
  • You've tried talk therapy, and something is still missing.

You're not alone, and you don't have to stay stuck. Healing means knowing you were never broken to begin with.

How we work

Real change needs to be felt in the body, not just understood in the mind.

  1. 01

    No shame. No tough love.

They don't create healing. Instead, they often keep people stuck.

  2. 02

    Curiosity first.

Curiosity helps calm the nervous system and creates space for growth.

  3. 03

You don't have to retell it.

You can heal from PTSD without talking through the specific traumas if that's too difficult. Our somatic sessions don't involve touch.

  4. 04

    Healing is personal.

No single approach works for everyone.

Approaches

Six ways in. You don't have to pick one first.

On your free call, we match you with a therapist. Then you and your therapist choose the approaches that fit.

  • Somatic Therapy

Notice where stress and trauma live in your body, and work with breath, gentle movement, and attention at a comfortable pace.

  • Somatic Experiencing

Help your nervous system complete the fight, flight, or freeze responses that trauma interrupted. It doesn't require you to consciously remember what happened or retell your story.

  • EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. Reprocess painful memories, ease the distress they carry, and build resilience for the future.

  • Internal Family Systems

Get to know the parts of you, like the part that wants to heal and the part that's terrified, from a calm and compassionate Self.

  • DBT

Skills to stay grounded when life feels overwhelming: mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.

  • Psychedelic Integration

Somatic preparation before a psychedelic experience, and integration after one. We don't provide, administer, or facilitate medicine sessions.

What we help with

We specialize in trauma, OCD, anxiety, and depression.

We also work with life transitions, grief, attachment wounds, identity and self-worth, perinatal mental health, neurodivergence, and the patterns that show up in friendships, families, and partnerships.

We bring particular care to the experiences of LGBTQ+ folks, BIPOC clients, and neurodivergent individuals, because feeling truly seen by your therapist matters.

A different start

A live person, a cost estimate, and a therapist with real openings.

Common frustrations with starting therapy, and what we do about each one.

The common frustration

A waitlist of 6 to 12 months.

What we do instead

We typically have openings right away. If there's a waitlist, we check it daily and contact you the moment a spot opens.

The common frustration

Reaching out and never hearing back.

What we do instead

A live person gets back to you within 24 to 48 hours. No AI.

The common frustration

Not understanding the bill.

What we do instead

Our biller sends you an estimate of your costs, plus questions to ask your insurance, before your first appointment.

The common frustration

An intake, then no future openings.

What we do instead

We only book you with a therapist who has ongoing weekly availability.

The common frustration

A therapist who isn't the right fit.

What we do instead

You choose your therapist, and you can switch anytime. No questions asked.

You're not just a chart. We genuinely want to hear your concerns.

“Early in my career, I became curious about why traditional talk therapy did not always create lasting change.”

Sarah Rollins, LMSW, SEP

Founder and Therapist

That curiosity led Sarah to Somatic Experiencing. She built a team of therapists who understand the nervous system and trauma responses. They share one commitment: compassionate, body-aware care.

“She has a great reputation in our field and is the first I refer out to when I come across a client who would benefit from or is requesting work with EMDR.”
